    I asked for help, and was fairly bluntly told that the website would be a much better and cheaper option to get a sim only plan, and that the SIM card would arrive within two business days (fingers crossed that's true or I'll be without a phone for 10 days).

    Walked into this store at 12pm on a Monday, I was literally the only customer in the store, with 3 staff members sat at computer terminals. They all looked at me, failed to greet me, and went back to whatever was on each of their respective screens.
